Ranked the#1 firm to work for in 2025 by Zweig Group and Verdantas employees you wont be just joining a firm; youll be investing in your career.What Youll Do:Assist in the design and development of engineering projectsGain hands-on experience with PLS-CADD POLE and TOWER software for modeling and analysisSupport the drafting team in creating detailed technical drawingsHelp in the preparation of construction packages including plans and specificationsParticipate in the review of fabrication drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standardsLearn and apply industry standards and specifications in project workPerform design calculations and assist in the creation of project reportsContribute to the design of foundations for various structuresAssist in the design of structural steel componentsParticipate in the analysis of lattice towers and steel polesAttend and present at Lunch & Learn sessions and internal presentationsWork closely with other ASEC Engineers in a collaborative and supportive environmentAssist in communicating with clients to gather requirements and provide project updatesWhat Youll Bring:Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringProfessional Internship pertaining to the Power Delivery Industry is preferredSuccessful Passing of Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) and Engineer in Training status (EIT) is preferredAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be able to write effectively and articulate outcomes to clients and team membersSalary Range:At Verdantas we offer comprehensive benefits packages for our employees. Actual compensation is based on the circumstances of each position and candidate such as geographic location skills and certifications.
