Oversee the design development and implementation of new manufacturing processes equipment and automation. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing production efficiency and quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team leadership.
