Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. Oversee the planning execution and successful completion of engineering projects. Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred). Proficiency in Industry 4.0 technologies and advanced automation concepts. Demonstrated experience with CAPEX planning ROI analysis and budget management for engineering projects. Familiarity with specific quality management systems (e.g. AS9100 IATF 16949 ISO 13485).
