These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. Oversee the design development and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency quality and cost reduction. Manage engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and technical specifications. Collaborate with production quality and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and support new product introductions. Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations quality standards and environmental policies. Develop and manage the engineering department's budget and resource allocation. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial). 5 years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment including 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex engineering projects from conception to successful implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
