Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff. Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects including process improvements automation and new product introductions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness. Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations quality standards and company policies. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and optimize production efficiency. Excellent project management skills including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation for engineering projects. Solid understanding of manufacturing operations quality management systems and safety regulations. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. IoT AI robotics additive manufacturing). Master's degree in Engineering Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
