These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff. Plan execute and monitor engineering projects to optimize production processes and introduce new products. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations quality standards and environmental compliance within engineering activities. Manage the engineering department's budget resources and capital expenditure for equipment and infrastructure. Evaluate recommend and implement new technologies and automation solutions to increase operational capacity and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production maintenance quality) to resolve technical challenges and optimize plant performance. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial Manufacturing Engineering). Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams including project management and performance development. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes lean methodologies and quality systems (e.g. Six Sigma). Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve complex technical and operational challenges. Experience collaborating with production supply chain and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing operations.
