Direct HireAbout the CompanyLeading commercial manufacturer serving general contractors and designers throughout the Southeast.Position OverviewExperienced Engineering Manager to lead and strengthen Microvellum and CAD department. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on engineering projects implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement throughout the engineering process.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Microvellum and AutoCAD with strong leadership skills to build structure efficiency and consistency within our engineering operations. Experience with Innergy is a plus and will help ensure seamless coordination between engineering project management and production.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineer millwork projects in Microvellum from architectural drawings to CNC-ready production packages.Develop and maintain companywide standards for drawings materials and construction methods.Oversee accuracy and completeness of all CAD and engineering deliverables.Collaborate with project management purchasing and production to ensure smooth workflow and constructability.Integrate CAD and engineering data within Innergy for efficient job tracking and reporting.Build mentor and develop a high-performing CAD team.Conduct post-job reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and minimize rework.Refine and manage Microvellum databases templates and libraries to maximize efficiency.Serve as a technical authority for troubleshooting and continuous process enhancement.Qualifications8 years of experience in casework engineering.Expert-level proficiency in Microvellum and AutoCAD.Experience with Innergy management systems strongly preferred.Strong understanding of CNC programmingProven success developing or improving engineering systems and standards.Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.Degree or technical training in Engineering Architecture or Construction Management preferred.Why Join this teamWork with a team dedicated to craftsmanship innovation and integrity.Opportunity to lead and shape the engineering department.Competitive compensation and benefits package.If youre ready to make an impact and help us build excellence from the inside out wed love to hear from you!Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Hospitality Experience,Go,Management Experience,React,Redux,Node.js,AWS,Mechanical Engineering,Team Management,Leadership Experience,Mentoring,Distributed Systems Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
