Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers. Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to enhance production efficiency and capacity. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations lean principles and quality systems (e.g. Six Sigma). Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement problem-solve complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) and PLM systems. Background in automation robotics or Industry 4.0 technologies.
