Manages multiple or complex engineering projects involving multiple functions organizations products or value chains.Additional InformationTravel: Up to 10-15% travel requiredThis position is open to relocationSponsorship is not available for this positionThis is based out of Lafayette IndianaThis position requires working onsite five days a weekWhat will you do:Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities.Coordinating resources across the businesses with sales and marketing product development groups value chain and manufacturing.Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating in functional areas; addressing and resolving problems.Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members.What You Have Skills Knowledge & Experiences:Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.Influencing Through Expertise: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to use these to deepen own expertise and impact or challenge decisions within and outside own organization.Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design build and develop a new product technology or service from concept through to production.Summary Pay Range:$126000.00 - $189000.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience.
