Engineering Project Management Principal F-16 (Level 6)
You will be the Engineering Project Management Principal F-16 (Level 6) for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) which is responsible for delivering advanced fighter capabilities across multiple programs. What you will be doing as the Engineering Project Management Principal F-16 you will be responsible for steering technical, cost, and schedule performance of F-16 engineering efforts, while guiding a small team of Project Engineers. Your responsibilities will include: Own engineering performance across multi-program portfolios, aligning technical, cost, schedule, and business objectives. Serve as the primary technical advisor to program management and senior leadership, influencing key decisions and customer commitments. Lead resolution of complex, cross-program technical issues and drive enterprise-level integration of engineering disciplines. Establish and maintain technical baselines, requirements traceability, and performance tracking through TPMs and EVM metrics. Mentor senior project engineers and emerging leaders, shaping staffing strategies and capability development.
