The ideal applicant will have a history of successfully carrying out manufacturing processes and a strong focus on quality and precision. This role calls for thorough attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-tier outcomes.2nd Shift Hours: 3:00pm-1:30am (Monday thru Thursday four 10hr shifts)What you get to doSet up and operate Wire EDM machines for production parts and tooling builds.Properly use metrology equipmentRead and understand customer blueprints and adhere to tolerances in conjunction with AS9100 quality standardsSafely accurately and efficiently use hand tools and operate production equipmentComplete Bridgeport milling tasks and set up and operate WEDM machinesPrepare materials for CNC milling and assist with first part qualifications on 3 & 5-axis routersConduct small production runs troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient workflowMaintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety protocolsSupport Lean process improvements and additional production operations as requiredWhat you bring to the TeamHigh school diploma or equivalent experience; an Associates degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field is preferredExperience with wire EDM machines and familiarity with Bridgeport mills preferredBasic computer knowledge with CAM software experience being beneficialStrong attention to detail problem-solving skills and a dedication to qualityAbility to follow verbal and written directions accurately and work well under production deadlinesLanguage Skills Ability to read write and understand EnglishThe BIG payoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together at all levels of the company!We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operateRe:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
