JOB TITLE: Engineering Technical Specialist 3 LOCATION: Berkeley MO PAY RATE: $61/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Provide training process support and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage configuration control coordinate changes and support product standard implementation. Identify/validate user access roles and create reference materials (e.g. tip sheets). Represent company on external standards committees and adapt external standards for internal use. Develop and distribute engineering documentation and reports. Collect analyze and validate engineering performance metrics. Work under general direction. Lead reviews of Adaptive Planning needs and input PR requests. Perform data entry and maintain candidate application trackers. Collaborate with staffing focals to review and evaluate resumes. Support interviews attend as needed and ensure manager engagement. Coordinate interview scheduling with GTA and manage post-interview dispositions. Maintain calendars for interviews and resume review cadences. Requirements: Must be able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance. Bachelors 6 years OR Masters 4 years OR 10 years related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.). Understanding of organizational assessment and product support methods. Strong analytical communication and recommendation-building skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hiring processes and engineering resume review. Familiarity with Adaptive Planning. Strong communication analytical and organizational skills; team-oriented.
