That means when you join our team youre not just doing a job youre building your legacy and sharing in the success of the firm.A Culture of Mentorship and Collaboration: Work alongside a talented cross-disciplinary team that values mentorship professional development and team success.A flex time program that empowers you to manage your schedule because life doesnt always fit inside 9 to 5A flexible work environment including hybrid and remote options where possible to support your productivity and well-beingReady to Build Your Career with PurposeIf youre a curious community-minded person who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to own your work lets talk.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:Conducts field observations of project sites during the pre- active- and post-construction phasesPerforms construction administration and construction servicesAssists the engineering team in bid evaluation plan distribution preconstruction meetings shop drawing review job progress meetings pay request review change orders site observations punch lists and other matters of construction administrationWorks on all levels of production with an emphasis on field work and data reduction/delivery and draftingPerforms calculations as related to assigned tasksDevelops entry level knowledge of pertinent codes and specifications and their applicationsCollects necessary topographic and/or survey related field data for infrastructure and building projectsPerforms entry level construction layout staking services and/or survey layout servicesPerforms drafting assignments as directed utilizing MSAs computer aided design software or manual skills to translate concepts notes sketches or verbal instructions into engineering drawingsQualificationsWhat you bring:Entry level knowledge in Construction Related Services such as: measuring bid items plan reading and field data collection and layoutAbility to work on multiple projects within the same timeframeAbility to work independently or in a team environment as neededEntry level concepts of the technician practice infrastructure and the survey/design processEntry level understanding of Microsoft Office productsEntry level understanding of relevant computer aided design softwareAccurate and timely completion of project workAbility to communicate effectively with project teamInterpersonal skills for facilitating relationships with colleaguesEntry Level knowledge of safety principlesThis role will primarily be in the field at the project site with travel to other sites. Some overnight travel may be required.The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
