Role Overview Mercor is aligned with a top AI research lab to enhance multimodal machine learning enabling AI to reason over images and sound. We are seeking detail-minded freelancers to review short clips and compare AI outputs. This is a short-term remote role with flexible scheduling. Your judgments will contribute to more accurate and reliable AI systems. Eligibility Open to candidates based in the United States (excluding California Connecticut Washington and the District of Columbia) United Kingdom Canada or Australia. Responsibilities Inspect audio image and video content for quality and clarity. Evaluate outputs and select the best-fit result according to guidance. Provide lightweight annotations and tags to support model training. Follow clear procedures to keep evaluations consistent. Qualifications Fluent in English (native or near-native). Strong attention to detail and solid written communication skills. Dependable adherence to instructions and quality standards. Self-directed with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks. Engagement & Schedule Work remotely on an asynchronous schedule that you control. This is a short contract-based engagement. Task volume may ebb and flow over time. Compensation & Contract The compensation is $16 per hour for task time. Payments are distributed weekly via Stripe Connect. You will serve in an independent contractor capacity.
