NOW HIRING AN ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER: The Enterprise Account Manager will conduct daily sales initiatives for KFN to secure new business accounts, achieve sales targets, and effectively sell KFN services. The Enterprise Account Manager will research and uncover accounts and market opportunities to promote KFN products by preparing and presenting compelling solution presentations. These initiatives require a strong understanding of market opportunities, customer needs, financial considerations, and effective collaboration across teams to identify and pursue new business prospects. The position will be responsible for developing and sustaining collaborative relationships with prospective and existing customers, serving as a trusted partner to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?Competitive compensation Full-time positionHealth plans401(k)Paid Vacations and HolidaysInclusive culture What will I do?Perform daily sales activities on behalf of KFN. Contact and secure new business accounts with a high volume of prospecting: including phone, email, and in-person activities. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospects and current customers. Achieve MRC sales targets, add new accounts, and effectively sell KFN services. Prepare clear and effective written proposals/RFPs/quotations for current and prospective customers. Demonstrate product knowledge and present solutions to potential customers and assist them in finding the solution that fits their need. Manage contractual agreements including Non-Disclosure (NDA) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) with customers. Coordinate sales efforts with Sales Engineering, Business Development, and Service DeliveryMaintain CRM system (Sales Force) with all customer information, keep an up-to-date opportunity forecast for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
