Your primary responsibility will be to carry the quota for the entire Boomi suite of products driving revenue growth within the existing customer base made up of SLED accounts largely focused on higher education. Acting as a trusted advisor you will closely collaborate with current customers to deeply understand their company challenges and goals.Your role will extend to consulting with State/Local Government and Education customers on the Boomi Platform advocating solutions that align with their business objectives and pave the way for innovation within their organizations. Operating in a fast-paced collaborative and enjoyable atmosphere you will be an integral part of our sales community actively contributing to our business growth.What Youll Do:Own grow and strategically expand a defined book of SLED accounts by driving new opportunities and deepening existing relationshipsApply both product and services knowledge to drive a comprehensive solution focused sales motionDevelop a strong understanding of each customers business objectives technical environment and solution requirements to tailor an effective sales approachExecute disciplined territory and account management including building strategic account plans prioritizing pipeline and delivering accurate sales forecastsRegularly engage and build trust with senior decision makers and cross functional stakeholders at client sites to uncover needs and advance opportunitiesLead the end to end sales process coordinating internal teams and leveraging all available resources to develop solutions remove obstacles and move deals to closeThe Experience You Bring:4 years of enterprise software sales experience including 2 years of recent experience focused on SLED (State Local and Education) accountsProven success selling to SLED organizations and closing complex dealsExperience supporting large complex accounts with multiple stakeholdersSkilled at analyzing industry competitor and market data to inform strategy and decision-makingDemonstrated ability to gain access to and manage relationships with senior-level executivesProven ability to analyze business trends and leverage team strengths to create differentiated offerings and capture new businessExperience interfacing directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with solutionsAbility to anticipate customer needs beyond existing products and servicesExperience identifying cost-effective practical solutions by bundling products and services to maximize opportunities while meeting customer needsStrong boardroom and executive presence recognized internally and externally as a senior authority in a specific segment or channelExperience setting performance goals and metrics to drive team execution and accountabilityProven ability to coach and mentor internal teams to improve performance and outcomesArent sure if youre a match We know that impostor syndrome and the confidence gap can prevent us from meeting spectacular candidates so dont hesitate to apply; you could be the perfect fit or considered for another role!Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $300K - $360K (inclusive of commission).
