We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Job Summary:Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist with deep expertise in SAP ABAP development and a strong focus on Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support our SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is essential in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to enhance business operations. Additionally, the specialist will play a critical role in our S/4HANA migration project, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ABAP development, a deep understanding of SAP SD and O2C processes, and experience working with S/4HANA architecture.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs (reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces, and conversions) to support SAP S/4HANA and O2C processesCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement end-to-end SAP O2C solutions in S/4HANASupport and enhance pricing, billing, order management, delivery, and credit management processes within SAP SD and FI areaOptimize existing ABAP developments to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices, including the use of CDS views and RAPTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SD configuration, performance, and custom developmentsWork with SAP Workflow and SAP Business Rules Framework (BRF+) to automate approval function within O2C processSupport the S/4HANA migration project, including code remediation, performance tuning, and testing activitiesEnsure compliance with SAP best practices, security policies, and development guidelinesProvide technical documentation, training, and support to business users and IT teamsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, with a strong focus on SD and O2C processesHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including modern development techniques such as CDS views, and OData servicesStrong expertise in SAP SD configuration related to order management, pricing, billing, and credit managementExperience working on S/4HANA migration projects, including code adaptation and optimizationKnowledge of SAP Fiori development and integration with backend SAP systemsKnowledge of SAP Workflow, BRF+, and event-driven programming in SAPFamiliarity with integration technologies such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and Web ServicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholdersSalary Range$90,000 - $120, 000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
