Job Title: Enterprise Data Quality LeadLocation: Remote Duration: 12 MonthsPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Quality Lead to drive and implement data quality management initiatives across a large-scale organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data quality strategy frameworks and execution with a proven ability to operate at an enterprise level for organizations with $5B in annual revenue.This role requires a hands-on leader who can design implement and manage end-to-end data quality processesensuring data accuracy consistency and integrity across multiple domains and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive enterprise data quality framework including policies standards and best practices.Lead cross-functional teams to establish data quality metrics dashboards and remediation processes.Partner with data governance architecture and business teams to embed data quality into enterprise systems and workflows.Perform detailed data profiling root cause analysis and data cleansing as needed.Monitor and continuously improve enterprise data quality KPIs.Provide leadership and mentorship to data quality analysts and data stewards.Communicate complex data quality issues and solutions effectively to senior business and technology stakeholders.Required QualificationsMinimum 15 years of total professional experience (slightly less acceptable for exceptional candidates).At least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in Data Quality Management (not just Data Governance).Proven experience leading data quality initiatives in one or more of the following industries:Consumer or Client-based businessesManufacturingLife Sciences (or other industries managing physical goods)Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale data quality programs for large organizations ($5B in revenue).Strong understanding of data governance principles metadata management and data lineage.Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in complex enterprise environments.For more details reach at About Navitas Partners LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing Technical / IT staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
