Lurie Childrens Hospital of Chicago is ranked in all 10 specialties by the U.S. News & World Report.Day (United States of America)Location680 Lake Shore DriveJob DescriptionEssential Job Functions:Provision all user access accounts related to information systems.Provide Epic support functions related to verification of end user security classes training and credentials.Assist in documenting analyzing and streamlining application account provisioning processes.Assist in the design maintenance and integrity of the role based access structure.Promptly notifies IM management regarding breaches of hospital or department policy regarding the use ofhospital information systems.Participate in project tasks as required.May provide assistance answering help desk phone line occasionally.Maintain summary statistics regarding workload account tracking etc.Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Preferred Associates Degree in Information Systems/Technology (or equivalent work experience).Experience with user provisioning technologies application and/or database security administration.Understanding of user administration procedures.Excellent time and project management skills customer service and interpersonal skills system diagnosticand communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position.Ability to work independently with a minimum of daily supervision is critical for success in this position.Experience as help desk or customer service analyst preferred.Epic training and/or certification and familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory client server applicationsUNIX and web applications is a plus.EducationAssociates Degree: Information TechnologyPay Range$26.25-$42.92 HourlyAt Lurie Childrens we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity reflecting individual contributions experience and expertise.
