We are seeking an Enterprise Architect who brings strong cross-domain expertise, strategic thinking, and executive presence. This is not
The Day-to-Day:

Drive enterprise-level architecture across multiple business domains, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

Facilitate decision-making with executive presence, diplomacy, and strong stakeholder management.

Actively participate in design, discussions, and delivery surrounding various aspects of security -not just governance-with hands-on engagement where necessary.

Resolve conflicts among senior stakeholders with structured reasoning and strategic perspective.

Provide architectural leadership while being comfortable operating as an individual contributor.

Stay current with AI concepts and evolving technology trends (deep specialization not required, conceptual clarity expected).
Your Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience in identity and access management and information security architecture

Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise security solutions at scale

Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and mitigation within complex IT environments

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

Deep technical knowledge of Identity & Access Management platforms (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra ID)

Proficiency with enterprise systems including Salesforce CRM, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy
-
Strong understanding of IT systems architecture, design principles, and security frameworks

Knowledge of security architecture patterns for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments

Bachelor's degree in information security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
