Enterprise Integration Team Lead at Esri

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Lead to oversee a unit of integration developers ensuring that work assignments are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a commitment to fostering a positive work environment and the ability to manage tasks and projects while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. As an Enterprise Data/Integration Team Lead at Esri you will work with our team to ensure sound enterprise integration solutions that are critical to continued business this technical lead role you will work on ETL/ELT based processes event-driven architecture and real-time APIs REST-based services and other types of data transfers between business systems. The role will give you the opportunity to work closely with other enterprise teams to define shared standards and practices and leverage common infrastructure and security. You will also be responsible for monitoring the environment maintaining system health and securing the content. This role will interact with both technical partners (Developers Stewards DBAs Architects) and business partners.ResponsibilitiesShow leadership by inspiring your team and encouraging collaboration.
