This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial data preparing basic reports and supporting senior analysts and managers in strategic projects.The Junior Financial Analyst provides foundational financial support for the Enterprise Pharmacy Business department assisting with analysis reporting and data integrity for programs such as the 340B Drug Pricing Program and related pharmacy initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial data preparing basic reports and supporting senior analysts and managers in strategic projects.QualificationsEducationBachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field required.Experience02 years of experience in finance or accounting (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).Exposure to healthcare finance preferred but not required.Competencies- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Basic proficiency in Excel (pivot tables formulas).- Good analytical and mathematical skills.- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Learning Agility- Collaboration- Communicates Effectively- Attention to Detail- Customer/Patient Focus- Instills TrustAdditional Job Details (if applicable) M-F Eastern Business hours required for hybrid role.
