Job Description
Your daily workoutProduct Integration:You will form a close partnership with the Enterprise Account Managers and together you will coordinate the integration of our products and concepts for our enterprise customers across North AmericaRevenue Responsibility: You drive defined revenue targets together with the respective Enterprise Account Managers and open cross- and upsell opportunities within your customer base.Onboarding:You will jointly manage the onboarding process for EGYMs software and hardware solutions together with our Order Management team ensuring an excellent experience for both our customers and EGYMAdoption Optimization:You will prevent churn and optimize the usage of all EGYM solutions at the customer levelCustomer Satisfaction:You ensure maximum customer satisfaction with our productsGoal Setting:You define business objectives (measurable targets) for our enterprise clients and support them in developing and implementing the necessary actions to achieve those goalsTraining & Presentations:You prepare and independently deliver product demonstrations in the form of strategic workshops small-group trainings and conference presentationsCollaboration with the Product Team:You contribute to internal product development by discussing the ideal end-user journey and potential feedback with your customers and communicating these insights internallyYour fitness levelQualifications:You hold a completed degree in business administration sports management or a related fieldProfessional Experience:You have at least three years of experience in the fitness or technology industry and have worked in regular contact with customersPresentation Skills:You are able to present complex information in a clear and simple way to clients and stakeholders at the highest management levelMotivation:You are ready to take the next step in your career and represent a product that is helping to positively transform the fitness marketCommunication Skills:You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to convey ideas clearly and effectivelyYour training goal for your first 6 monthsCustomer Success:You have proactively acquired the necessary expertise (with support from colleagues) and are ready to independently manage your customersProduct expertise: You gained experience in confidently demonstrating our EGYM ecosystem to clients and answer product- and service-related questions.Presentations:You have introduced yourself to your customer base and independently conduct initial presentations and talks to achieve your targetsTool Proficiency:You are able to organize your workday efficiently and purposefully and know how to leverage all relevant tools effectively for both yourself and your customersAnalysis & Recommendations:You independently evaluate customer performance with EGYM solutions and derive concrete actionable recommendations for your clientsThe equipment we provide Compensation:You will earn an annual base salary of $80000 - $90000 (plus annual bonus)Work-Life-Balance:Benefit from flexible working hours a hybrid workplace model 14 paid holidays per year and PTOFit & Healthy:Benefit from health dental and vision insurance and stay active with a EGYM Wellpass or a monthly contribution to your fitness membershipRetirement Savings:Profit from 401k with company matchModern Culture:Be part of an innovative team where you will work with diverse individuals explore new ways of thinking and problem solving and expand your skills.
