ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Enterprise Specification this individual will lead Division Enterprise Projectsby collaborating across SHW to ensure specification across all coating opportunities while creating greater visibility and communication at the field level.Developing growth strategy with Enterprise leadership to identify target marketsCollaborate with Enterprise Marketing to develop firm-specific tools and resources to execute strategy.Managing a team of Account ExecutivesResponsible for teams success in specifying all Sherwin coatings.Connecting and communicating with all Groups and Divisions and executive leadership on Project information.Collaborating with National & Strategic Accounts to drive specification positions across the organization.Responsible for managing and supporting strategy for targeted industry segments (examples - Stadiums Multi-family Healthcare) QualificationsFORMAL EDUCATION:Required: Bachelors degree in architecture marketing business management/administration a technical field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.Preferred: Masters DegreeKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Preferred: 8-10 years of related experience Demonstrated significant successful sales and marketing experience. Demonstrated ability to create high-level client relationships. Demonstrate effective leadership skills and demonstrated ability to direct a team.TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Preferred: Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others. Proven ability to build relationships. Proven ability and initiative to quickly learn and research new concepts ideas and technologies. Strong systems/process orientation. Demonstrated analytical thinking organization and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment. Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.
