DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Develop and execute marketing programs promotions special events and entertainment campaigns.JOB REPSONSABILITIES:Understand and adhere to all Horseshoe Casino and Marketing Department standards policies and procedures.Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).Responsible for developing and executing marketing programs promotions special events and entertainment campaigns.Input player tracking information into the Casino Management System.Assist in promoting special events promotions entertainment and VIP parties to guests.Review and approve marketing promotions.Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing.Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.QUALIFICATIONS:Literate and fluent in EnglishDemonstrated leadership skillsGood communication skills both verbal and writtenGood organizational and analytical skillsKnowledge of stage terminology and technical equipmentAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated businessActs as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
