Entry-Level Access AnalystCompany:Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry-Level Access Analyst to join our team in Hertford NC.Position Responsibilities:With supervision monitors existing contracts of a noncritical nature to determine complianceFollows pre-established processes to monitor schedule datesWhen directed communicates with internal and external customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activitiesUnder direct supervision collects and logs accurate information runs standard reports and maintains records per record retention guidelinesMay perform some elementary analysis using developed toolsReceives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services related to buildings equipment and systemsWith supervision supports the processing of requests to meet customer needs through predetermined criteriaWith supervision follows pre-established guidelines to ensure that configuration control is maintainedProvide administrative support directly to our customer performing various duties to include:Supporting customer security administration team with document control and organizationSupport scheduling and coordination of various events and activitiesPerform research and verification of requests and provide documentation and information requested by the customerWork with customer systems to support their daily operations and requirementsSupport with briefings and access control measures as requestedSpecial Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years experience with computers and ability to learn and work with new programsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to learn and adapt as requirements change or shiftStrong organizational skillsAbility to protect and practice the utmost discretion when working with personal and sensitive informationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in an administrative or support roleExperience working in regulated environments or following SOPs checklists or compliance standardsDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
