We are a rapidly expanding consulting and management firm in Nashville, seeking an outgoing individual with a passion for business and leadership to join our team as an Entry Level Assistant Manager. Position: Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Facilitate in-person customer outreach and facilitate fundraising efforts on behalf of our clients Collaborate with Senior Managers to provide outstanding customer service as the face of our client's brand within the community Work with fellow team members to increase revenue by creating engaging sales presentations, tracking local and national trends, and developing eye-catching pop-up events Train under senior managers to understand daily operations, client information, and campaign strategies. Communicate effectively with members of the community to build rapport and awareness for our clients Work in a collaborative environment to drive company growth and profitability. Learn from Senior Management to lead a team and develop innovative approaches to campaigns, supporting the company's expansion goals. Demonstrate leadership by overseeing a team and working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
