We have an opportunity available in our Lenexa, KS headquarters for an entry level structural engineer who is interested in building design. GBA offers the opportunity to work on a large variety of structures and building types from start to finish in a collaborative multi-disciplined team environment with room for career growth.What You’ll DoPerform structural calculations for building projectsPrepare and/or direct others in preparing structural construction documentsManage all aspects of the structural design processCoordinate with architects and MEP engineersReview construction shop drawings and respond to contractor inquiriesOpportunity for cross-training in structural bridge design, if desiredWhat You BringBS/MS in Architectural or Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural designEIT certification0–4 years of experienceProficiency in Revit (required)Experience with AutoCAD (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on fast-paced projectsPrevious internship experience is a plusWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GBA, you’ll be part of a team that values integrity, safety, and innovation.
