Entry Level Space Vehicle EngineerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Entry Level Space Vehicle Engineer (Level 1) to join our team in Aurora Colorado. This position will be responsible for command and control of space vehicles (SV) telemetry monitoring and implementation and verification of specific products loaded to the Space Vehicle.Specialized training will be provided on necessary skills for ground and Space Vehicle configuration management. Required certifications will be earned though on-the-job (OJT) training and self-study during allotted on-the-job time.Position Responsibilities: Ensure integrity of the ground system and command path in support of the mission.Use MS-Windows or UNIX based computers for the development of the operational plan and analysis of data collected in support of planning future contacts or anomaly resolution.Coordinate with management and peers to ensure integrity of operational products including procedures tools detailed event logging and system configuration.Analyze technical data and verify and sustain specific system configuration in accordance with defined parameters and operational requirements.Monitor system performance and control system elements by initiating change commands to the system configuration to achieve mission objectives.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
