Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMove Forward with Volt!Volt is immediately an entry level Electronics Engineer in San Diego, CA.This person will be working in a Controls Manufacturing Engineer role. As an Electronics Engineer, you will:Assist in the selection of electrical hardware and placement of components within the control panel layout.Creation of assembly drawings, accurate/timely bill of materials and manufacturing floor support for assembly and testing operations.Development and improvement of manufacturing processes and procedures, and resolution of technical and manufacturing problems.In concert with Controls Engineers, the incumbent frequently assists to select and specify components through communication with customers and suppliersPrepare and release drawings.This is a full-time temp to hire opportunity with growth potential.Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm plus overtime as needed.The ideal candidate will have:A completed degree in Engineering,electrical engineeringMust have a 3.00 GPA or higher to qualify - we will verify upon acceptance of the jobEducational based exposure to electrical equipment design and controls applicationInterest in electrical equipment design and layout of electrical equipment using CAD based systemsBe able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug testPay Rate*: $28.00 - $32.00 Per Hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
