Each Entry Level Manager receives hands-on training in sales strategy, leadership development, and client communication to build a strong foundation for long-term growth. Responsibilities of an Entry Level Manager: Conduct face-to-face meetings with business clients to present AT&T services and generate sales Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving team goals Provide support and direction to team members during sales interactions Work alongside the Entry Level Manager team to maintain productivity and results Maintain a professional and organized environment in all client-facing settings Support daily team operations and assist with workflow coordination as an Entry Level Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States Background in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively Leadership potential and the ability to grow into an Entry Level Manager role Our company provides structured training so every Entry Level Manager can build leadership skills and grow within our AT&T campaign.
