Location: Brillion, WI Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30/4:45AM - 2:30/2:45PM
We are hiring Material Handlers, Machine Operators, and Assemblers to join our 1st shift production team! If you are dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

Competitive starting pay: $17/hour with guaranteed $1/hour increases every 6 months up to $20/hour once hired on to the company

Your Role Could Include:
Assemblers
Fast-paced assembly line work using hand and power tools
Follow detailed instructions to assemble outdoor power equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Adhere to safety and standard work procedures
Machine Operators
Operate a brake press machine safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and perform quality checks on finished parts
Follow standard work procedures and maintain safety compliance
Support team members as needed to meet production goals
Material Handlers (Kitting & Racking)
Move paint kits and materials to support production
Stage, organize, and track materials for smooth workflow
Learn to operate a Tugger and perform basic painting tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications for All Roles:
Ability to stand, bend, twist, lift (up to 35-50 lbs depending on role), and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong team mindset and willingness to learn new skills
Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
