Job Description

Job PurposeThe Recruiting Specialist is responsible for staffing open Medical Scribe positions for all contracts. The primary role for the recruiter is to source and review applicants to ensure they meet the minimum hiring qualifications. The Recruiter will conduct phone screens and interviews as part of the onboarding process for day-to-day will also perform all needed onboarding requirements per site.Duties and responsibilitiesThe Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that the best possible candidates are hired. He/she will manage and coordinate the full cycle of recruiting to make sure that each Medical Scribe is credentialed at their assigned site. He/she is also responsible for communicating all new hires to the scheduling and training Recruiter will also have additional responsibilities such as creating Training content and distribute training courses in a variety of topics including but not limited to HIPAA compliance and all aspects of Medical Charting in the Emergency setting and Specialty Clinics.Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing needsReview candidate applications using a recruiting platformPerform phone screens and interviewsCreate offer letters to qualified candidatesCommunicate with Scheduling team and Operations to discuss vacancy needsDevelop working relationships with colleges to assist with recruiting needs and attend career fairsObtain medical records and personal documents in employee filesAttend weekly meetings with the HR Manger to discuss recruitment plansEngage with the onsite providers and staff to identify training needsAssist the HR Manager with additional responsibilities will be assignedQualificationsThe Recruiting Specialist will meet the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree or working towards a degreeMedical Scribe experience preferredAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentMust have the ability to communicate effectivelyAble to work under limited supervisionExtremely organized and able to prioritize quickly when necessaryAttention to detail when sourcing to evaluate candidatesMust have day availability during the weekWorking conditionsCorporate OfficeRequired Experience:Junior IC Key Skills Sales Experience,Sourcing,Talent Acquisition,Taleo,ATS,HR Sourcing,Interviewing,Microsoft Outlook,Earned Value Management,Human Resources,negotiation,Recruiting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
