Conduct needs assessments to recommend Quantum Fiber solutions-including high speed internet, bundled connectivity, and enterprise services. Present service options clearly, address concerns strategically, and close sales confidently to drive adoption of Quantum Fiber offerings. Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity, service milestones, and client feedback to support retention, compliance, and performance tracking. Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth installations, timely activations, and seamless account management.
