Youll guide customers with tailored solutions and smooth sign-ups gaining sales experience while helping them stay connected.Key Responsibilities Of The Entry Level Sales Team Member:Serve as a primary direct representative for our general telecommunications program proactively engaging with prospective residential customers in designated areasLearn and maintain current knowledge of various telecommunications products and services including internet speeds voice plans and entertainment packages along with current promotionsConduct direct needs assessments to understand individual customer communication and entertainment requirements then skillfully recommend tailored solutionsDeliver persuasive and informative presentations that clearly articulate the benefits value and unique selling propositions of our telecommunications services to secure customer interest and commitmentEffectively address customer questions concerns and objections with confidence and accuracy employing strong communication skills to facilitate salesGuide customers smoothly through the entire direct sales and activation process ensuring accurate completion of applications contracts and service enrollmentsConsistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance goals for new customer acquisitionsMaintain meticulous and confidential records of all direct customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systemsActively participate in ongoing training sessions product updates and coaching to enhance sales techniques and maintain expertise on telecommunications offerings continuouslyMinimum Qualifications Of The Entry Level Sales Team Member:Up to 2 years experience in sales or customer-facing roles; enthusiastic entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are welcomeStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and articulate information clearly and persuasivelyProven active listening abilities and an empathetic approach to accurately assess and recommend solutions for customer needsDemonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively and think critically in dynamic sales scenariosMaintains professionalism persistence and composure in high-pressure or challenging situationsExhibits a proactive goal-oriented attitude with a strong focus on driving sales and achieving resultsDetail-oriented and organized with competence in basic computer use and eagerness to learn CRM platformsYour earning potential is directly tied to your performance with no limits placed on commissions.
