This Entry Level Team Manager role centers on leading structured sales efforts, improving team sales performance, and increasing overall sales by bringing reliable fiber internet into more homes. As an Entry Level Team Manager, you will undergo an immersive training program to become an expert in the AT&T Fiber 5G failover system. You will generate sales by showing customers how their homes stay online during network maintenance or local outages. By driving fiber-optic sales, the Entry Level Team Manager helps our firm build a stronger, more connected community in every zip code we visit. Encourage representatives to build strong community relationships that naturally lead to new AT&T Fiber accounts. Train the sales team to confidently highlight All Fi Pro as a simple way to improve whole home connectivity. Teach representatives how to position AT&T Fiber Internet Backup as a reassuring feature that keeps households online. Help shape AT&T Fiber packages that pair fast speeds with added protection for families. Refine sales routes, share territory updates with leadership, and ensure follow ups strengthen customer satisfaction. Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Manager A High school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in sales or team leadership is a plus. Organized and reliable with the ability to manage routes and track team progress. Confident coaching reps on simple, customer friendly ways to present AT&T Fiber. Professional follow through that strengthens customer trust and supports team sales goals.
