They will work under the direction of the manager.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily operational tasks in the yard and at work sites as directed.Maintain good communication with operators supervisors and managers.Learn and adhere to Sterling Crane standards.Required Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.No experience necessary.Successfully pass post offer drug and physical screens and have a background that meets company requirements.Strong work ethic with ability to follow directions.Team player with excellent communication skills.Ability to learn math applications necessary for rigging. Ability to work overtime weekends and/or holidays.Must be willing to follow safety procedures.Physical RequirementsEmployee will be required to have the capability to stand walk bend squat sit and lift daily.
