Our team thrives in a dynamic environment, and your schedule will reflect that: 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday, with weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime opportunities that add variety and earning potential to your week. You will evaluate on-site damage, guide homeowners and business owners through the restoration process, and address objections while providing updates and gaining work authorizations. Your goal is to build trust, educate clients, and close jobs. You'll have support from our office and operations team while maintaining detailed records and managing your pipeline.We also ask that you meet the following requirements:High school diploma or equivalencyStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in the field and carry up to 50 pounds of materialsAbility to read road signs and printed materialsAbility to close deals and effectively overcome objectionsAbility to work in a team environment, face challenges, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn is a plusExperience in the restoration industry is a plus, but not requiredABOUT CUT N DRY RESTORATIONCut N Dry Restoration started out as a small family-owned business with the goal of providing high-level service that sets us above the rest.
