Company Description Boutique consulting practice focusing on environmental due diligence and Brownfield development across the US for major corporations. Working from a collaborative small office setting we help guide major neighborhood redevelopment projects from coast to coast. Our clients include Fortune-100 real estate investors and developers. Many of our projects bring affordable housing to underserved neighborhoods. Our projects improve the environmental quality of the environment and the lives of residents. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role (two days per week in the office) in downtown Denver for an experienced environmental scientist or engineer. The scientist/engineer will lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensure the timely delivery and high quality of project outcomes, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include approval of environmental consultants and developing appropriate scopes of work, reviewing proposals and work products, developing and overseeing the implementation of risk management strategies, coordination with voluntary cleanup programs, and reviewing. completion reports. There are opportunities for advancement into management. Qualifications Experience in ASTM Phase I environmental site assessments required Project Management and Expeditor skills preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills required Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities required Effective communication and interpersonal skills required PE or master's degree in engineering, geology or related scientific field required At least 5-years' experience in the environmental consulting industry required If you are ready to contribute to impactful environmental projects with a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!
