This role includes daily weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as well as basic monitoring of supplies and safety-related items. The ideal candidate is dependable detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Cleaning (Daily / Weekly / Monthly as needed)Sweep mop vacuum and scrub floors using appropriate equipmentDust and wipe down surfaces including furniture walls glass doors and mirrorsMaintain a clean and orderly appearance of offices common areas and hallwaysRestroom Maintenance (Bi-Weekly)Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks counters and floorsRestock essential supplies such as toilet paper soap and paper towelsEnsure restrooms are hygienic and presentable at all timesWaste Management (Bi-Weekly or as Needed)Gather empty and dispose of trash and recycling in designated outdoor binsEnsure proper sorting and disposal of special waste when requestedKeep waste and recycling areas clean and organizedInventory Management (Ongoing)Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentNotify manager when orders for new supplies or equipment are neededSafety and Security (Ongoing / Monthly)Follow all health and safety regulations and company policiesUse cleaning chemicals and power equipment safely and as directedReport potential hazards unsafe conditions or major repair needs to your managerLock doors and secure the building at the end of your shift if you are the last one on siteEnsure all fire extinguishers are up to date and initial tags monthly to maintain OSHA complianceExterior Maintenance (As Needed / Seasonal)Maintain entryways by blowing leaves and debris away from doors and walkwaysVacuum entryway carpets and spot-check entry door glass for cleanlinessIn warmer seasons water exterior flowers and plants as necessaryRequired Skills & QualificationsPhysical Stamina and StrengthAbility to stand and walk for long periodsAbility to lift and move smaller furniture and equipmentAbility to bend reach and perform repetitive physical tasksAttention to DetailThorough approach to cleaning and sanitationCommitment to maintaining a safe hygienic and professional environmentCommunication SkillsAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to communicate effectively with staff and managers regarding issues needs or concernsReliability and IntegrityAbility to work with minimal supervision including during off-hoursTrustworthy with respect for privacy and access to restricted or private areasWhy Threat Tec:We are innovators in threat-based training and engineering for the U.S. military and its allies.
