Environmental Services Technician (2002) at Trinity Health

The Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and environmental services to ensure a clean safe sanitary and comfortable environment for patients staff and visitors. Assigned areas may include patient rooms exam rooms offices restrooms hallways common areas and specialized clinical areas. Housekeepers follow established cleaning procedures work patterns and infection control standards in compliance with Trinity Health policies and applicable regulations including the Exposure Control Plan for bloodborne pathogens. Knowledge of cleaning methods materials and equipment is helpful.
