Preference will be given to candidates based regionally with a focus on Queanbeyan Armidale Dubbo and Coffs HarbourClerk Grade 7/8 salary from $113574 to $125720 per annum (FTE) plus super and leave loadingAbout the RoleAs the Project Officer Strategic Planning and Performance you will:Contribute to projects that monitor operational performance and support strategic priorities.Coordinate consultative processes to capture analyse and report performance against agreed targets.Assist in implementing knowledge management and business analysis systems that drive consistency and transparency.Manage specific reporting activities to meet statutory and whole-of-government obligations.Provide timely advice on planning performance monitoring and system improvements.Source and compile data to track project progress and identify emerging issues.This role is integral to supporting the teams work in building mature performance reporting systems and fostering collaboration across agenciesAbout YouYou are an innovative thinker and outcomes-driven professional who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving.
