Epic Application Analyst Revenue CycleLocation: Houston TXJob SummaryThe Epic Application Analyst supports and enhances the functionality of enterprise Information Systems with expertise in Epic applications. Responsibilities include analysis design configuration and implementation of assigned Epic modules ensuring seamless integration with organizational workflows and optimal operational performance. The role provides ongoing consultation problem-solving collaboration and end-user support while also contributing to project work training efforts and continuous system improvement. This position typically reports to an Information Systems leadership role.Minimum QualificationsEducationAssociate degree preferredLicenses/CertificationsEpic Certification requiredExperience / Knowledge / Skills2 years of related experience in healthcare education or technology (required)3 years of progressive experience in corporate systems development healthcare MIS or similar system analysis roles (preferred)Experience with Epic or other EHR systems (preferred)Working knowledge of Epic support methodologies build testing and development toolsStrong analytical and technical aptitudeSolid planning and organizational skillsEffective communication collaboration and customer service abilitiesUnderstanding of large and complex Information Systems within a corporate environmentPrincipal AccountabilitiesAnalysis & DesignTranslate customer requirements into Epic and other application specificationsAnalyze workflows and recommend application-based solutionsApplication DevelopmentUtilize system development tools to build queries simple applications and reportsDevelop and deploy moderately complex business solutions within Epic and integrated systemsTechnical AdministrationMaintain detailed technical knowledge of assigned applicationsEnsure application functionality and configuration integrityApplication SupportAssist end-users in maximizing the use of Epic applicationsParticipate in rotating after-hours on-call supportProvide troubleshooting guidance and workflow optimizationProject PlanningCollaborate on project tasks with moderate supervisionPrioritize assignments address technical questions and support system integrationsProblem SolvingIdentify system issues; escalate appropriately to team leads or managementDevelop and recommend solutions to operational or technical challengesCustomer Service & TrainingDeliver training system support and customer service to end-usersCommunicate effectively in both technical and non-technical settingsFoster positive working relationships with stakeholdersProfessional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ongoing professional development and competency trainingSupport organizational goals and departmental initiativesMaintain compliance with organizational standards related to quality productivity and servicePerform additional duties as assigned.For more details reach atAbout Navitas Partners LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing Technical / IT staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
