Job Description

Epic Cupid Application AnalystLocation: Houston TXJob SummaryThe Epic Cupid Application Analyst is responsible for enhancing the functionality stability and efficiency of healthcare information systems. This role involves analysis design configuration testing and implementation of Epic applications with a focus on ensuring seamless workflows and optimizing operational performance. The analyst provides continuous support troubleshooting and advisory services to end users while contributing to project initiatives system upgrades and training efforts. This position typically reports to an Information Systems leadership team member.Minimum QualificationsEducationAssociate degree preferredLicenses/CertificationsEpic Certification required (Cupid module preferred)Experience / Knowledge / Skills2 years of experience in healthcare education or technology-related roles3 years of progressively responsible experience in systems development implementation or healthcare information systems (preferred)Experience supporting or configuring Epic or other EHR systems (preferred)Working knowledge of Epic application support tools methodologies and workflowsStrong technical aptitude and analytical skillsSolid planning organizational communication and customer-service skillsExperience in large complex IT environments preferredAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departmentsPrincipal AccountabilitiesAnalysis & DesignTranslate user needs and business requirements into Epic application specificationsParticipate in workflow assessments and recommend enhancementsApplications DevelopmentDevelop and deploy queries reports and business solutions within Epic and integrated systemsAssist with build changes under established development standardsTechnical AdministrationMaintain working knowledge of assigned Epic modules and related systemsSupport system configuration version upgrades and technical documentationApplication SupportProvide end-user support troubleshooting and system optimizationParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours application supportAssist with training onboarding and user education initiativesProject Planning & ExecutionSupport project tasks with moderate supervisionCollaborate with team leads and project managers on timelines priorities and implementation activitiesProblem SolvingIdentify issues propose solutions and escalate as neededProvide recommendations for workflow improvements and system enhancementsCustomer Service & CommunicationDeliver high-quality support and service to clinical and operational teamsCommunicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiencesMaintain strong interpersonal relationships and collaborationOther ResponsibilitiesSupport organizational initiatives related to quality safety efficiency and complianceParticipate in ongoing professional development training and competency maintenanceServe as a mentor or resource to junior team members as neededPerform other duties as assignedFor more details reach atAbout Navitas Partners LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing Technical / IT staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
