Job DescriptionEpic - IT Spport - 70k - 90kLocation Morris Plains NJSchedule Hybrid 2 days in office 3 from home (After Training)Salary 70k-90kOur client is hiring an Epic - IT Support proffessional at their corporate location in Morris Plains NJ. The Epic - IT Support is responsible for handling the daily management and optimization of the Agency Management System (EPIC) the Lead Management System and other internal systems and resources. This position ensures systems are current with the latest releases enhances functionality promotes adoption of new features and maintains updated documentation in shared folders.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manages and updates EPIC and related systems with current software releases and patches.Manages the rollout of new EPIC features to the agency.Serves as a technical resource for staff inquiries related to systems and logins.Manages documentation of updates to procedures and guidelines on shared folders.Collaborates with internal teams to improve system functionality and user experience; works with Training to update workflows based on system changes.Manages maintenance and admin support of the lead management system.Assists with data integration with other internal systems.Assists with reporting between internal systems.Serves as liaison between our clients agency and corporate IT.Assists with IT/Cybersecurity compliance.Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:High school diploma or GEDBachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field preferredOne (1) to two (2) years of related insurance experience preferredTwo (2) plus years of IT experience preferredTwo (2) years EPIC or other agency management systems experience preferredExperience with lead management systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance standardsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailBasic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication division percentages and fractionsAbility to use typical office equipment (PC calculator fax machine etc.)Compensation & BenefitsThe estimated base salary range for this position is $70000 to $90000 annually.
