If interested in this Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance position, contact Milos Pavlovic at or Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Compensation: pay $26.00/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: 2nd shift 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (Mon-Fri) + mandatory weekend overtime as scheduled; must be flexible if other shifts are offered Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Responsibilities Conduct regular facility inspections; identify and resolve issues Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs Troubleshoot and repair building/warehouse systems including electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns/malfunctions Support automated conveyor system maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping Install/set up new equipment and maintain inventory of repair tools/supplies Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations Document installation, repair, and maintenance activities Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Conveyor system experience is required (warehouse conveyor mechanic background) Electrical, control, and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to troubleshoot common facility/equipment voltages as needed Relevant maintenance experience (typically 2-3+ years ; manager preference noted for 3.5-5 years real-world experience) Must be willing/able to work mandatory weekend overtime Please note: Auto/fleet mechanic-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance Preferred Qualifications Electrical knowledge across low-voltage and higher-voltage ranges (AC/DC) Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Work order system experience (SAP) If you think this Tech 2, Equipment Maintenance position is a good fit, reach out-call, email, or apply.
