Equipment Maintenance Technician III at this opportunity

About this opportunity : Facilities Technicians are expected to diagnose building and equipment problems and make necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner and carry out preventive maintenance on process equipment and plant systems and equipment. The position includes hands on maintenance upkeep and troubleshooting of facilities and process equipment as well as documentation pertaining to all maintenance activities.Key Job Responsibilities:Execute work order requests managed through the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Perform preventive maintenance and assist with calibration of equipment and systems at scheduled intervals.Regularly inspect and assess operating conditions of assigned equipment and analyze trends to improve preventative and prescriptive maintenance plans.Diagnose problems with building facilities utilities and equipment.Assist with installation of equipment adhering to basic safety and maintenance procedures for new equipment.Communicate and coordinate work with outside contractors and services companies.Maintain spare parts inventory communicating with manufacturers and vendors to obtain replacement and change parts needed to ensure minimal interruption in equipment function.Record all preventative maintenance repairs or other equipment services in appropriate document or digital format in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and GMP records retention.Edit and / or write SOPs and PM procedures as needed.Write deviation reports and work with multiple departments to ensure reports are thorough accurate and completed on or before deadlines assigned.Job Knowledge RequiredHigh school diploma required.Associates Degree Certification or License in any relevant maintenance trade preferredGeneral understanding of the key elements of process maintenance: safety electrical HVAC plumbing and piping systems pumps compressors valves controls and chemical handling.5 years of maintenance/repair experienceExperience working in a cGMP environment is preferredBasic proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook.Physical Requirements / Environmental ConditionsAbility to push/lift 75 poundsAbility to climb ladders and work at heightsBending at waist sitting kneeling climbing walking crouching using fine motor skills as jobs requireAbility to work in extreme temperaturesWorking in high noise levels requiring hearing protectionWorking around lubricants solvents batteries cleaning fluids paints dust etc. with proper PPEThe annualized salary range for this position is $75000.00 - $91800.00.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Hand Tools,caterpillar,Computer Operation,Industrial Equipment,Industrial Maintenance,Mechanical Knowledge,Schematics,Maintenance,Hydraulics,Equipment Repair,Programmable Logic Controllers,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 75000 - 91800
