Its fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what theyre doing!Were committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.If you like wild growth and working with happy enthusiastic over-achievers youll enjoy your career with us!Job Description: Perform preventive maintenance on wafer fab equipment.Participate in shift pass down activities with incoming and outgoing shifts.Maintain comprehensive records including PM checklists part usage and maintenance historyAccurately document all maintenance activities in tool logbooks and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).Participate in spare part analysis and inventory development.Assist in equipment upgrades and the installation and startup of new equipment.Member of the Lumentum MERTeam.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by maintenance supervisor.Minimum Requirements:Minimum H.S. Diploma GED or equivalent.Ability to meet the ERT Member eligibility requirementsKnowledge and ability to Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook.Excellent communication documentation and teamwork skills.Reliable punctual and committed to high-quality work.Able to comply with all safety policies and proceduresAble to comply with all clean room protocols and proceduresDependable detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.Desired Requirements:Experience in wafer fab manufacturing preferable but not requiredAbility to follow written or verbal instructionsGood judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.Ability to work as a team player and interface with various groups.Capable of multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Shift:Mon Fri.
