Job Title: Equipment Operator-(Night Shift 4pm-2:30am M-Th or T-F) Location: EDGERTON, KS 66021 Job Summary We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Equipment Operators. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment to support our operations. The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $20.50, with weekly pay cycles. This is a 2nd shift position, and we are looking to hire two individuals for this role. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure it is in proper working condition. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during operation. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience operating equipment is preferred. Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule. Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset. Physically capable of performing tasks that may require lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
