Job Posting: Location:Ferguson Distribution Center Front Royal VASchedule:2nd Shift: Monday Friday 3:30 pm to 12:00 amOvertime: Required as scheduledOverview:Ferguson Front Royal Distribution Center is seeking dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate efficient and safe product movement throughout our facility.Were looking for team players who take pride in their work and are ready to grow with an industry leader that promotes from within.Responsibilities:Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g. stand-up forklifts reach trucks order pickers) safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA and company guidelinesAccurately pick stage and store product in assigned warehouse locationsAssemble containers pallets and maintain organized work areasPerform daily tasks using handheld RF scanners or voice-directed systemsMaintain inventory integrity and always ensure product safetyCommunicate effectively with coworkers and leadership to complete daily assignmentsFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned work areasParticipate in team meetings share feedback and raise operational concerns to managementPerform all job duties in compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standardsQualifications:Strong work ethic and reliable attendanceWillingness to work overtime as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently without assistancePrior material handling or warehouse equipment experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environmentAbility to work at heights up to 30 feetSuccessful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen-Pay Range:-$15.00 - $26.17-Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.-Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
